Insurance Options You can choose between two insurance packages:

1. Standard Insurance Package

• Deposit: €500 (held on your credit card)
• Includes:
  1. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) — with €1000 excess (you are responsible for damages up to €1000)
  2. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
  3. Third Party Liability (TP)
  4. Theft and Fire Protection (FTW)
• Doesn’t Cover:
  1. Tires, undercarriage, or interior damage
  2. Off-road driving
  3. Traffic tickets
  4. Lost car keys

2. Full Insurance Package

• Deposit: None!
• Includes:
  1. Full coverage with zero excess
  2. All of the above
  3. Extra drivers at no extra cost
• Doesn’t Cover:
  1. Same as the Standard Package

Who Can Drive

• Minimum Age: 23 years old
• Licence Needed: Must have a valid licence for at least 1 year
• Licence Types:
  1. EU licences are good to go!
  2. Non-EU drivers might need an International Driving Permit — check with us if you’re unsure.

Getting to Our Office

• We’ll arrange a private transfer to bring you from the airport or port to our station in Apraos.
• Cost: €70 each way
• Available: Anytime — day or night!
• Good to Know:
  1. Half-price transfer if you rent for 6 days or more
  2. Free transfer if you rent for 12 days or more

Please send us your flight or ferry info ahead of time! About Your Electric Car

• Car: All our cars are fully electric (BYD Dolphin).
• Return Battery: Bring it back with roughly the same battery level you started with.
• If Lower: €10 low battery fee.
• Unlimited Charging: Available if you book the add-on at Dionysos Apartments — then you can return it at any level, no worries!

Payment and Deposit

• Payment Options: Cash (Euro), debit cards, Visa, Mastercard.
• Currency: Euros only, please.
• Excess Hours: If you’re more than 1 hour late returning, we charge 1/5 of the daily rate per extra hour.

Car Condition and Cleaning

• Important: Please take good care of the car’s interior!
• Interior Damage: Stains, burns, and tears will be charged separately.
• Excess Dirt: If it’s really dirty (mud, sand, food spills), there’s a €30 cleaning fee.

Adding More Drivers

• One extra driver is free!
• Add a third driver for just €3 a day.

Traffic Fines

• Any parking tickets or fines are your responsibility. If you don’t sort it, we might have to pass on your details to the authorities.

Staying on Corfu

• Our cars are only allowed to drive on Corfu Island.
• Ferry trips with the car are not allowed.

Cancellations

• Free Cancellation: Up to 7 days before pickup date.
• Late Cancellation Fee: The advance of 35% if cancelling later than that.
